1. Summary
COME800-R08 telephone recording system, with a voice connecter and 8 channels available,
PCI interface. Single computer can contains 8 cards max, then you can manage 64 channels
telephone call. The system will save all the call in & call out numbers in the hard disc, easy for you to search the recordings. This product is qualified under the CE certification.
2. Main Functions
Call Recording: can record the talk of normal telephone, extension, ISDN, trunk etc. timely.
Record Loop: circular record according to the appointed space, clear the oldest recording automatically.
Timing Record: you can preset the recording time, recording only in the appointed period. Also can records whole day.
Free Record: you can set the system to remembers some numbers, then the appointed callers talk will not be recorded.
Call Monitor: search any channel’s record by your computer or the internet.
Record Search: you can check or playback any recording files as you like.
Parallel Operation: available to record & search at the same time.
Remote Control: easy to manage the device and play or search the recordings by the internet.
Users Authority: manage the users authorities by classification.
Security: password privilege management, keeping the secrecy.
Quick Search: you can search or print the channel number, call date, telephone number etc.
Printing Function: list, gather, group, print the query results.
Operated Logger: the system has a complete operation logger, recording all the operations.

•CPU: Celeron 800 at least
•Hard Disc(Drive): 1GB at least,20G will be preferred.
•Computer Memory: 128M or above
•Monitor; VGA, 800*600 resolution will be better.
