1. All merchandise we sell are in good quality and under strict examination before they are shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.
2. We promise warranty for quality in one year and we will repair it free of charge. All shipping costs should be paid by customer.
3. When you receive the goods found to be defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charges of returning and reshipping. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for exchange of goods. Items returned after 3 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.
