Instructions:
1. Storage of the polymer plate:
To ensure a longer life the unexposed plate, store in dark room under temperature of 25degreeand humidity below 55%.
2.Removing the cover film:
There is a cover film on the plate, you need remove it off before plate making.
3.Exposure:
Exposure with a UV exposure machine and a well-designed negative film. Contact emulsion side of the film with plate without any dust nor bubble in between, and then begin exposing.
4.Water washout:
Washout the plate with water with a temperature 20-25degree.Dehydrate the plate by using a sponge roller after washout.
5.Drying:
Dry the plate at 61-70degree for 10 min with the air circulation. For the plate with thickness more than 1.2mm, dry additional 5-10 min.
6. Post-exposure
Post-exposure time should be the same or longer than main exposure time to cure polymer completely.
7.Post-drying
For the plate for carbon printing, apply additional post-drying at 70-80degree for 20-30 min.
8.Dispose the washout water
Follow the rule in your country.
